Who is he?

Who is he? So many people will describe Russian ruler Vladimir Putin so differently, in opposites. He's a cruel monster, many will swear. He is a ruthless, power-mad psychopath who kills his political opponents, no trace of remorse.

Others say he is a beleaguered leader who must deal with the constant pressure and perceived threat of NATO, and the fact of influential US global superiority. A patriotic, country defending hero to many Russians, and worldwide.

People can be blindly foolish, and ignoring of all evidence contrary to their assumptions, beyond reason. There is only a ton of bloody hard evidence that irrefutably proves that Putin is what his own brutal actions illustrate so ghoulishly.

The present time's pathetic version of a doomed and floundering Napoleon, President-for-life Putin is clearly a deeply disturbed, diabolical, perpetually paranoid leader on the decline.

Now, only a matter of time before he vanishes into the arguments of history, after exhausting the last ignoring nod of the oligarchs, and after his generals grow weary with many thousands dying for dubious causes unsupported by the public.

Putin is a killer who will be killed himself in some likely manner; it's more unlikely he passes in old age. In any case, the world brightens that day, one less pathological dictator, with several more to go.
